They clean the water. I would think when selling the products to consumers you would tell consumers everything that can usually happens in there area. Not just “this is all you’ll need, no more adding chlorine”. And now I will be renting a chem feed which adds chlorine to my water! Fellas, get it together.

I like the option of the 3 gallon jug. 5 gallon jugs are too big and heavy for me to handle. I also love our driver Dan. He is courteous and always lets us know if there is a disruption in our schedule.

I am mostly happy with products and services but I think maybe your techs should be provided with covers for their shoes when they enter a home. After the tech left I found dark scuff marks on my vinyl plank flooring. They did not come off when the floor was cleaned. I'm sure in time they will but seeing that didn't make me the happiest person on the planet. He did do a good job of servicing my Culligan equipment
