Service technicians are very considerate and polite. They make sure the job is complete - no leaks and water quality is acceptable - before leaving. Never need to call them back.
Unlike many, Culligan does not hound me with reminders of service due nor for the appointment. I get a postcard when service is recommended and they leave it up to me to decide to make the appointment. No annoying repeated texts and e-mails. Only what is needed.

Your delivery driver is very nice. On his last trip he noticed I had a big box on my front porch that had been delivered that morning. I have to use a walker and he offered to carry it in. I told him no. After he dumped my salt he insisted on carrying the bix in. I did let him and he sat it in my foyer for me. I really appreciated his help.
