I had a water softener before, had quite a few problems and did not last long! Culligan’s Softener has been great, one minor issue no major problems and they fixed it right away. Highly recommend!

When I needed a replacement for the old system, sales person listed to what I wanted and provided it. A bit disappointed that the acid neutralizer isn't something I can refill myself as I do the salt but, sigh, I guess you need $$$ too.
Deliveries are prompt and scheduling a service call is easy.
