Our delivery guy is top-notch. He is always pleasant and efficient. I know hauling those salt bags down to our basement is a major pain but he never seems to be bothered. He is also very neat and tidy - leaving the area free of debris.

our service has been fine so far. We do have some issues with hot water smelling a bit funny still with the well water. Will need to address that. I would have wished our tech had retested our water once he installed the system. This was done previously in our other system. I would have liked to know where our numbers are once the system was installed.
