The people who I have interacted with have been very friendly and helpful. This includes the individual who I spoke with to set up the account (Fredericksburg, VA office) and the gentleman who makes our deliveries. The billing has been accurate so far. I only wish that you had a website where I could check on future deliveries and add/subtract quantities as needed.
