Our salt is always delivered according to the delivery calendar and if we are not home the driver brings the salt to our back patio. We never have a problem with billing

Quality and easy of use! Having drinkable water that is ultimately less expensive than I would purchase in store has been a real perk. Salt delivery is also making my life easier! New system was learned in a flash and being able to monitor the water softener through the app is a real nice feature!
