1) Janet, sales agent, spelled out my options for installatiot n/maintenances of the reverse osmosis system.
2). Al, the rep, arrived at my home at appointment time. Thoroughly looked at kittchen sink and refrigerator layout. Let me know the refrigerator was plumbed for osmosis, also.
3). Chris, the serviceman who drilled hole in countertop was punctual, also.
4). Billy, installer, was on time, alerted me to ETA.
All in all, A GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Appreciate not having to worry about function of softener or amount of salt needed at any time.
The attendant coming also does not dispose of salt bags in our trash barrel, but takes them
with him. We appreciate that because we had to give up 2nd barrel this year which had been for recycling, and downto one barrel for everything fills up fast even without salt bags.
Highly recommend. Their products work. The delivery guy even walks the bags of salt into my basement near the water softening machine.
