Your products are good and definitely do what they should.
Service is very good.
My one issue would be that you charge $25 on a late payment.
First of all $25 is excessive and 2nd of all you charge that to a customer you
have had for a number of years on an account that is always paid and generally
on time. The couple times we have been late was all due to mail being delayed for
some reason not because you were not going to be paid or we deliberately paid
you late. It was waved 1 time but said not again.
The young man who delivers our salt and checks our system is pleasant and informative about what he finds. He makes adjustments while here, such as how the system was affected by a power outage.
