I like that you are reachable when necessary and all conversations have been polite and professional. Delivery folks have all been very positively representative of the company. I have had good cooperation when rescheduling has been necessary but that has been, thankfully, very infrequent.
The only complaint is that I have attempted on several occasions over the years to get a quote on my possibly purchasing the filter equipment but despite saying someone would contact me it has never happened.

Our water isn't so rusty & hard with our softener & we like the Filtration system for drinking water. Techs come promptly & quickly to replace filters & make sure our systems are running correctly each year.
Iron reducing salt and delivery to the softener (not just leaving it on the driveway). It took a while to determine the quantity and frequency of delivery.
