Our delivery guy was extremely helpful. Had a concern about the water level in salt tank. He showed me how to drain, added salt and it was the solution. Better than removing buckets of water. Adding salt was the answer as he thought it might be, as it may have been too low.
I like the convenience because I’m no longer able to lift the bags and carry them downstairs.

Ease of use and great timing
As a senior having salt delivered is almost necessary now. Always a friendly smile from the delivery person.
Our only complaint is that we ran out of salt before the delivery and stopped by during posted hours (online) and couldn't get in the building. Phone calls were not answered and we had to buy salt from Menard's which has proven to be a mistake because it has our water smelling funny
