In addition to the benefits of a water softener on our very hard well water, the smart/app feature of the HE softener we had installed allows us to track our water usage. By tracking our usage we were able to determine that a very infrequently used toilet in our house had a bad valve and was running near constantly, using nearly 600 gallons of water per day, which is over triple our average daily water use since replacing the valve.

Our service tech has been out a few times to our house (16732 Merc Ln, Lockport) and he was very polite, helpful, and explained what was happening and how he planned to address the issue.
