Excellent customer service. I love the filtered water, and it does make a difference. I rent the water purification unit and a water softener. My water unit is cleaned and tested every year. They deliver and put salt in the unit as needed. A worry-free relationship!

When I call with an issue, I receive over-the-phone recommendations for addressing it. If they don't solve the problem, a quick appointment is set up and technical crew members always seem it identify and fix the problem in very short order.

When scheduling Service Call The Office Staff was friendly, professional and accommodating, very nice experience. The Technician called before arrival to let me know when they would be here and he arrived on time. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The installation went smooth and quick. The whole process only took 30 minutes. It’s always a pleasant experience working with Culligan, I have been a customer for 30 years.

We were contacted by the account manager for the house we had just purchased. It was nice to check one more thing of of the list of things to do in the new house with minimal effort. They came by to explain the set up in the house, and arranged to have our filters changed soon after. The are very efficient and friendly.

We did not want to go with Culligan based on our past experience. But working with Mike Lausten changed all that. Now we are glad we went with Culligan. Our water purification was done quickly along with whole house water softening. Mike went out of the way to help us address some peripheral issues as well.
Don’t have to worry about running out. Don’t have to manage the heavy bags to the basement!
