She was extremely cordial and couldn't have dealt with a nicer person!!!! Larry was great as well as was the installer. Love the soft water. AWESOME!!!!!

The professionalism and customer service by far was the best compared to any other company we received quotes from.
Reliable, water is so much softer and appliances and faucets stay much cleaner. Love the water quality. Also, salt delivery is so reliable and we appreciate the salt being taken to basement and put into the water softener, as we are in our 70's and getting those salt bags downstairs and into the softener would be a challenge. The men who deliver the salt are always friendly and so polite.

We had been very pleased until the last couple of months. Our delivery man is the best but his route I guess has changed as far as delivery time gos.
We now need to know when the water is coming a little sooner than the day before.
Also the approximately what time every month.

Culligan technician Shawn came out for a service call on my water softener system and was very knowledgeable, professional. He proceeded to test the system and explained what parts needed to be replaced and the cost. Yes the water softener is working properly now.
