He explained what he was doing and why he was taking the samples from the sources he was. He went out of his way to ensure that I understood the process and the next steps. The service people are always very nice.
One issue I have is this. I had an appt. for July 17th and I called the Crystal Lake office
and changed it to July 30th. (Due to an appt. conflict.)
The service person showed up anyway on July 17th.
For salt deliveries I wish I could schedule a time when the salt will be delivered.
