I do have one suggestion: As many of your customers are growing older, it becomes harder and more difficult to carry the 40 pound bags of salt down a flight of stairs to where the equipment is located. You may consider adding a lighter bag into you sales mix OR allow your delivery person the option to deliver the salt to the basement.

Your delivery men are always so nice. They clean up after and even turn off the basement lights off so I do not have to make an unnecessary trip to the basement. They always tell me how the softener is operating and when next delivery will be.

Being able to bypass the water softener from the App as well as monitor salt levels and usage. The RÕ system also offers similar benefits as well as the run from the basement which allows better usage of the space below the sink.

Jovi installed my systems while answering some maintenance and service questions I had. The run was to the basement which required some fishing of the pipes for the RO system. It took longer than expected, but he was able to get it done.
I like the fact that Culligan will take the bag of salt to my basement and fill the container. Also their manager Lee Ann is always so friendly and helpful

The products are great. The services are hit or miss. I called to reschedule a service appt and was told we had nothing in the books on the original date so I just scheduled a new date. Then I got a phone call confirming the time of the first date that I was told didn’t exist. The gal I talked to then informed me that there are two scheduling tools that are used and they are totally independent. So I had one date in one system and a different date in the other. That’s a terrible customer experience because now, depending on which system someone looks in, there may or may not be a service appt. It’s not a good way to run a business especially when I have to argue that I do in fact have an appt and Culligan tells me no and then a week later they tell me yes. It’s wildly confusing and frustrating.
