A water softener is a must for my household. Use let detergent, bath soap. My skin appreciates the soft water as well. The reverse osmosis is a plus. We have not the best water in my area.
The Culligan technician, James, was wonderful! He arrived on time, was very friendly and efficient. He rearranged some of the equipment to make it easier to access, and he cleaned up everything.

I wasn’t there when the delivery was made but received a call from delivery guy that the pellets I had out in myself needed to go down before the bag of salt he delivered could be used. Being new to a water softener I did not realize this. Thanked him for the information. Very helpful.

They come when we need them, they keep track of the intervals. The service man comes in quietly and professionally and puts the salt in the container in the basement. He is clean, no messy footprints. And they come on a schedule so I don’t have to call for salt.

Normally, all the filters, parts and products have been good. This time I had-2- parts that leaked. One part was Culligan the other was the RO faucet. So a total of -3- trips and $117 faucet and we finally stopped the leaks.
Improved water quality was my goal and Culligan achieved that goal

Everything about my water is really good with my water softener & my RO filtered water. It tastes great & I enjoy my showers & my laundry is much better too. Also no more buying water to drink so I save money that way. I must add that the pricing is a good value also.I recommend having this service to anyone who would like a better lifestyle with better water!
