Hi, I bought a water softener in 2022 that never worked and I'd always tell the salt delivery driver about it and had 2 of them come in to check. The 1st guy said the system was not set up correctly so we had to use a ton of water before it kicked on. They said it was good to go. I don't know anything about water softeners. I didn't know how long the salt was supposed to last. I waited a few months and told them. I'm still having problems it's not using any salt. Someone else came back and after they looked at. It told me to start beating it with a rubber mallet. The first time I did that I heard the salt break apart and fall down. I let it run the salt out. But when I came to refill it I noticed it was about 75% full of water. We finally got someone to come out today and he fixed it very quickly. His name is Will, he was super professional. He took all the time I needed to explain and even took extra to make sure. I spoke to him on behalf of my elderly grandparents because they don't understand but after making sure I understood and didn't have any more questions, he stopped on his way out to explain everything to my grand parents and even checked with them to see of they had any other questions or issues. He was happy to answer any questions. Extremely polite. He was even good to my dog and petted him while he waited for signatures.

Culligan gives me reliably clean water from our well. The routine maintenance and filter/UV bulb replacements are always hassle-free and the techs are friendly, knowledgeable and informative. It is great peace of mind to be able to see, first-hand, the testing results on our system, and so be confident it is working properly. Also, their paperless billing and auto-pay options make it easy for me to make payments and check on my account from anywhere.

We are retired and do not use a lot of salt. Even though we are not a large user, Culligan treats us just like a big account, delivery folks are pleasant, always put the salt in the softener for us. At first, I thought the cost was too high, but after a month or so, I realized we were not really buying product, as much as we were buying service. That service is worth the price.
The water is quality. The delivery schedule is given in advance and reminders are sent to put water bottles out for the day of delivery. When I have contacted customer service they have always been attentive and responded within less than 24-hours. I had numerous other water delivery services prior to contracting with Culligan and none of them compare to Culligan.
I like that I can talk to a staff member right away over the phone. I also like that Culligan is dependable.
Love the product service was great didn’t like the 250 disconnect fee, but the customer care team was kind enough to waive that
