1. Having filtered water feels safer cleaner than tap water. 2a. Our unit is in the basement, and the water goes direct from a separate faucet at the kitchen sink plus a line for refrigerator water. 2b. A bonus is having filtered water at room temp or cold. 3. You don't overcharge. 4. I receive a bill notice via email which is a nice reminder and paper free. 5a. Your service to check the unit and change filters or whatever on a yearly basis is free. 5b. I receive a post card reminder to schedule the cleaning. 6. Any time I've spoken with someone at the office they are super nice and friendly. 7. The service person a couple of weeks ago (and all these years) was so nice--polite, ontime (actually a bit early), friendly, swift. Thank You, Culligan!

Ever since I called them to begin services with this company, Culligan Water, I have had nothing but great experiences. They communicate very well with their customers, they answer the phone professionally and are there to help you with any issue that you have. The delivery is fantastic. I have not had one problem. I would highly recommend Culligan Water I had another company and my orders were always wrong. They didn’t come amongst other things. Culligan Water and Annapolis is awesome. Highly recommend.

Prompt attention to details of my phone call with questions or troubles with my Iron Filter and / Or Water softner. Technician Randy is the Best! He understands the laymans terms of trying to explain the problem occurring. Very knowledgeable and Honest. Helped me decide on purchasing options vs Rental options. The office support is also great. Best ever.

The technicians who serviced my water filter system were excellent and explained the filtration components and process as I was new to this house. They even identified a problem with my well and provided best next steps to take, which proved accurate and helpful.
