tHE VERY EVENING i SIGNED THE WATER SOFTENER AGREEMENT i RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM wELLS fARGO ADVISING A SOMEONE HAD ATENPTED TO CHARGE $388,00 ON MY visa ACCOUNT IN DALLAS TX. WF sought MY OK FOR THAT CHARGE; I DENIED IT. A few minutes later I received another call from WF fraud dept wanting my approval for a $78.00 Charge in Fort Worth TX! I denied that to of course. Then the following morning I received a similar phone call that during the night someone attempted to withdraw f a 70,000.00 withdrawal from my checking account. I hung up on that one.
I call my banker and learned that no withdrawals had be made fro either the VISA account nor the checking account. I thanked Wells Fargo for their vigilance.

I always appreciate how efficient the service is whenever something arises. From coming in and swapping empty bottles for new ones, calling about scheduling, pricing etc. every interaction that I have had has been positive, helpful and easy. My most recent interaction with Dawn only solidified that more as she listened to my questions, understood them and went to find the answers. This just goes to show that they have the right people in the right places to serve their customers.
