Convenience and fast delivery when requested. Today I reported a non-funtional water cooler and with in minutes Navraj Syal replied that it will be replaced tomorrow. That is excellent and will be wonderful.
Salt delivery employee was very professional.
My only concern is that I have had to call to get salt delivered.
I believe it used to be scheduled by Culligan automatically and I did not have to call to set up salt replenishment.
Am I incorrect on that assumption?

Service technician courteous and helpful.
Good response when water taste became an issue. Employee found issue with a power outage made reset of softener was needed. He also gave information on draining the drinking water tank to get rid of old water and get a new filtered supply of drinking water.

I like that I can choose the option for delivery of salt and that the delivery person also does a quick check to make sure my softener is working properly.
I find the referral dashboard a bit confusing though. It shows I referred someone ( and I did) and they have their system installed already, but the dashboard says reward issues ( or something like that) Zero. Even though it shows I successfully referred someone and they got the system?? I don’t really get that.
Service is regulated and follow through is wonderful. Quick to respond to questions or concerns. It's great not to worry about salt. I love soft water!
I have been receiving jugs of water for years now. Alex is very courteous and carries the jugs into my kitchen for me. The staff in the office are always kind and helpful. I have nothing bad to say. Very thankful to have this business in my community.
