Customer support and technicians are excellent. I was concerned about cloudiness in water post filter change. Culligen quickly responded and educated about the possibility of air pressure bubbles. I filled a clear glass of water to sit for several minutes. Water did indeed clear. Thus, the new filters are fine. Culligan answered all of my questions and additionally offered tecnical support if the need arises. Score of 10+ in all areas.
Product is excellent. What really impresses me is the superior service provided by my delivery driver. Always great communication and he goes the extra mile.

Thanks for the consistently on schedule deliveries. Only time it seems to be later than we expect is after holidays which Ryan told us they just push the routes back a day when they're closed.
