I've always had a water softener but I never drank the tap water. I've always bought bottled water for drinking + coffee. Last year I added the Culligan drinking water system + it's right on my sink.
I'm thrilled to not have to carry those big packages of bottled water anymore. My drinking water is delicious + so handy. I also don't have as much to recycle. Thank you Culligan

Very professional and reliable. I don't care much for the website though, changing the payment method is impossible. I did call the office and the person said it may take 24 hours for the change to take effect.
The delivery person is always friendly
I like the pricing and the delivery. I wouldn't mind a reminder text when they are an hour or two out from my house especially if the weather is bad, would prefer it not left in the rain, rather on the porch if possible. Otherwise thank-you for the great service.
