Great service by our delivery person, Daryl. I’m glad Daryl has an assistant to make carrying the water bottles easier to the 3rd floor with no elevator. We usually get aprx 8-9 bottles per month. Without the assistant, Daryl carries 2 bottles at a time, making 4-5 trips. I’d like to suggest Culligan invest an electric dolly for Daryl to help ease water bottles deliveries to the 3rd floor of our apartment building. Thanks for your hard work, Daryl!

What do you like about our products and services?

Service was excellent. Marshall installed the softener and filtration system. Great fit in the garage. Would appreciate shaving Marshall Weaver as our preferred technician as he was efficient and did great setting us up.

I love Ernesto for many reasons! He is always on time, always smiling, greets me upon entering the building and exiting. He will always make sure I am aware that he has delivered the water and asks if I need anything before he leaves. SECOND to NONE!!!!
