I have been a Culligan customer in Canada for the past 45 years. I have always enjoyed the quality and functionality of Culligan equipment, and the kind and knowledgeable service by Culligan staff (specifically Clifford Rowley - Ann-Marie's dad - Mike Bowden, and now Lewis McCallum). Over the years I learned to appreciate the management skills of Ann-Marie Pettit (presently the Edmonton Branch Manager), former receptionist Lisa, and now Mary Siler.
Being an architect, I can confidently say that Culligan system approach to water treatment/filtration is the leading technology in water treatment around the world, and I have positively experienced it on 5 continents.

You always come in plenty of time for our salt. The person delivering the salt is friendly and efficient.

Products are good quality and efficient. We had a small miscommunication about what services were included in our package, but it has been resolved. Recently met Mr. Crawford (Corey) during our last routine salt delivery. Very courteous, personable and professional! Great customer service experience thus far.

The team of Hals Culligan in Ontario is amazing. We purchased a Hans whole house water unit about three years ago and the system was given this issues about 4 to 6 times a year. I’ve emailed Monica Nunez from the office and she responded right away and were able to dispatch Miguel to service the unit. At first. There was some major hiccups as the system was not working. The team replaced a few components that Hans recommended, but it was still not working. After a week of waiting, they replaced the entire unit and now our home l has filtered water again. I cannot express the amount of gratitude that we have. We live in a very rural area area and are on a well system. So having fresh drinkable water is crucial for myself in my family. I like to think the Culligan team of Ontario and all the technicians that came out here to get this taken care of. I truly recommend this office for anybody that is looking for a new installations or just great drinking water. They provide excellent service and do not disappoint.!
