I wanted to share that the entire process was seamless. From communication prior to and all the way until arrival, I was made aware of what to expect. When the service tech arrived, he was courteous and professional. He assessed the entire house, went over what I wanted, spoke to me about the process and wrapped it up with safety and care of after the work was completed. I told the tech I did not expect any miracles because I had teenage kids and two dogs, but after he completed the work, I was completely overwhelmed with how amazing my carpets and tile looked. I just could not believe how amazing and beautiful my house looked.

Sal serviced us for the second time. I had requested him because of his amazing job he did the first time.
This time the task was more challenging. The stains were old and extremely bad. He worked hard to make the stains go away, but could only make them passable.
I will request him again the next time and hope he is still with the company.

Sal and Ben did an excellent job! They were able to remove pet stains that were not removed the last Zerorez cleaning. They did double charge for stain removal but my carpet was perfectly cleaned and less wet than the time before. They also were excellent with customer interaction.
