The carpets look great. The tech did a great job. The final cost of the service was more than a $100 then was was quoted when I booked the service. The poor tech had to go over what each charge was for and why it is more than what was quoted. The person who made our appointed needed to ask me more questions concerning my cleaning needs. We have stairs and that question wasn't asked. They charge $60 for stairs. We have a pet who has had accidents in the house and spots needed to be treated. They charge extra for that and that was not disclosed. I was surprised and disappointed at the price difference. The carpets took more than a day to dry. We had several fans running in each room. It took more than the 4-8 hours to dry. Overall I was satisfied with the service.

Kyle was Fantastic! Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Our stained white chairs turned out great. We will be calling at beginning of the year to work on out tile. Zerorez is the only service we will ever use.

I wanted to share that the entire process was seamless. From communication prior to and all the way until arrival, I was made aware of what to expect. When the service tech arrived, he was courteous and professional. He assessed the entire house, went over what I wanted, spoke to me about the process and wrapped it up with safety and care of after the work was completed. I told the tech I did not expect any miracles because I had teenage kids and two dogs, but after he completed the work, I was completely overwhelmed with how amazing my carpets and tile looked. I just could not believe how amazing and beautiful my house looked.
