My dog had an accident on my carpet. After observing the area, the service technician clearly explained what he was going to do as well as information on various options. He wasn’t pushy and seemed to be very knowledgeable on how to resolve the issue. After he was done, the carpet was clean and all stains removed. We will certainly use Zerorez again for our carpet cleaning needs.
