Don't know that the product is really much different than any other provider, however, your service is top-tier. -- technician was prompt, pleasant and efficient. Can't ask for much more than that. Also, throwing in the 100 SF of tile and grout cleaning was a really nice bonus.

Did a great job and the carpets look great. Hope they stay that way. We paid extra for protection after the cleaning. Like most 'come on' pricing nothing was included in the initial price. I'll let you know if it was worth it.

There wasn't anything I or my husband DIDNT like!!! Professional, knowledgable , personable, ex-military( just think that's so awesome, thank you Josh for your decades of service to our country!!!) extremely thorough when cleaning our carpet! Having a family full of allergies and asthma I was extremely impressed by a company who doesn't need to use chemicals to clean our carpets!!! If you have carpet, do yourself a favor , call them ! If your in the Austin area, ask for Josh, he is ABSOLUTELY amazing!!!
