Seemed to work as good as promoted... Very clean look, dried fast, no smell, and Josh was great. I usually dont give 10's because i always feel that there is room for improvement. But, i was impressed enough to break my rule! I guess i could say it would be better if it was "free" but i bet that you would not end up with the same great results! It was a very good value, also.

This was my first time using Zerorez and I was impressed. It was fairly easy to schedule an appointment. Joshua was the person to schedule my appointment and he was pleasant and polite. The service tech, Joe, answered all my questions/concerns and explained the cleaning process for my area rugs and carpets. The cleaning didn't take long at all. Dry time wasn't bad either. My area rugs and carpet look new again! THANK YOU! :)

Nice and respectful technician (Don) - explained the process and explained the products he used. The pet spray (I have 3 cats) was pleasant smelling and the rugs were not soaked or wet. The price was reasonable and I liked the outcome of a fresh smelling home.

I really liked that it didn't smell like a standard carpet cleaning when it was complete. The technician did not try upsell me on lots of products.
The carpet cleaned is 7 years old. After cleaning and the teflon sealant, i can probably get another year's life out of it.

Don was amazing & was very professional & communicated exactly what he would be doing to clean my carpet. I like that water was used to clean & that no harmful residue was left behind. My carpets were in terrible shape & they came out amazingly clean & fresh! Don did an outstanding job & his customer service skills are top-notch...he was all about making sure I was happy with the results. He took extreme pride in the service he provided and in the actual job of cleaning my carpet. I am in healthcare sales and I recognize someone who goes above and beyond what is required because that is who they are and they are focused on the quality of the service they provide. We used the duct cleaning service and Josh did an outstanding job! He went above and beyond, and his attention to customer service is the best I have ever encountered and I am be very serious when I say this. He is also outstanding at explaining everything that they do and very detailed. If you have ducts that need cleaning I highly recommend you call Josh, the best 5 stars and I would give them more!

Spectacular service that works better than the rest! I thought we needed new carpet and and now it's clean and fresh looking again! We also had one room of tile and grout cleaned and I didn't realize how dirty it was! It looks brand new again! We will be calling again soon to have the remaining tile cleaned. Thanks Zerorez!
