It has only been a few days since my carpets have been cleaned but the dark spots do not appear to be coming back like they did with other professional cleaners.

My carpet looks almost new. I would recommend that when you set up an appointment that you notify the client that a confirmation will be necessary or you will not come out. That way, they will know to call you if they don't hear from you. Thanks for a great job and making it right.

My carpet was in the worst shape after just moving from another state and getting my dogs adjusted to their new environment. Your products worked amazingly good and the carpet looks better than when I first moved. I was also pleasantly surprised at how quickly they dried. Your best product, however, was Josh. He was one of the friendliest and most professional service persons I have ever dealt with. I genuinely felt as though he cared about my situation and wasn't trying to sell a service that I might not need. I will definitely use Josh and Zerorez any time my floors need attention.

The fact that you use water and no soaps

Spectacular service that works better than the rest! I thought we needed new carpet and and now it's clean and fresh looking again! We also had one room of tile and grout cleaned and I didn't realize how dirty it was! It looks brand new again! We will be calling again soon to have the remaining tile cleaned. Thanks Zerorez!

Seemed to work as good as promoted... Very clean look, dried fast, no smell, and Josh was great. I usually dont give 10's because i always feel that there is room for improvement. But, i was impressed enough to break my rule! I guess i could say it would be better if it was "free" but i bet that you would not end up with the same great results! It was a very good value, also.
