We like that the products used are environmentally friendly. We also had the carpet cleaned and liked that there was no soap residue.

The process leaves no residue and dries nicely. It may take overnight for some carpet depending on the type. Upholstery cleaned well. We are trying to remove dog dander and hair. I would have like a little more freshness. But, that may be do to the dog having hair even though it's a Lab - mx.

The fact that you do not use soapy filmy detergent products which result in making the carpet more dirty was a huge selling point for me.
I was also impressed with the outcome of the tile cleaning. The carpet and the tile BOTH look great and the house 'feels' so much cleaner.

I had 2 rooms of carpet that I was sure I would have to replace because they were so dirty and stained. Josh took the time to make them both look like they are new again, they are actually 15 years old. Josh was very friendly and professional.

Did a great job. I dog sit, and we have stains mostly in living room and dining room and
he did a great job getting the stains up. I take care of it when it happens, but it
doesn't all come up, so we will do this again in about 6 months. First name removed

Josh did a good job pointing out the underlying issues with the existing carpet and was willing to find a way to get the work done before we had our movers arrive. It was a stressful time and Josh was a lifesaver.

On time, courteous, good work ethics, did a great job of removing bad spots. Overall the carpet looked good.
