The service tech came in and inspected the areas. Explained what he would be doing and got started right away. He was thorough and efficient. We are in a rent house and there were already some stains. Most of them were removed and the carpet is very clean.

Although Brad's previous appointment ran over, he did a quality job for me when he arrived. The process is awesome. The empowered water really got the spots out of our carpet. The tile cleaning left the grout looking much cleaner. I referred you to my neighbor before Brad left the property. Will definitely refer you guys to anyone needing carpet or tile cleaned. The two guys were great! Explained everything and even showed us exactly what they were doing. Very impressed and will use Zerorez in the future!
The guy's that cleaned the cleaned the carpet did a perfect job. I would give them an A+. The carpets were perfectly clean when they left. The next day though stains and spots started to re-appear, nothing really serious yet. The $90.00 fiber protector they sprayed on the carpet doesn't appear to be working properly, small amounts of dirt starting to show. Lets give it some extra time and see what happens.
