The carpets look great! Old spots came out. The carpets dried faster than my last steam cleaner and are soft, not sticky or crunchy. The area rug they cleaned looks much brighter. Also, great customer service on the phone, arrived on time and arranged to bring my area rug back.
Representative explained their carpet cleaning process in detail before the cleaning occurred. There were no surprises. Bathroom tile floor was also clean and joints were sealed. I was happy with all the work.

The carpet felt good. It smelled clean. The ugly spots between kitchen and living room were cleaned and they were in and out. I always used Stanley but because of the green not poison chemicals I'll use them and tell friends
