Using only water to clean the carpet.

My carpet looked great and it didn't take him no time. Also, by time I got home 4 hrs later my carpet was dried. Love it!! and I will be using Zerorez from now on.

Your tech, Paul is very personable, careful in the application and removal of the gear completing the process; my carpets are in their final days, but the application rejuvenated them to a point where I can delay replacement. I do think, however, that your add should spell out the additional eco fee and taxes and the promo I responded to did not mention the gift card would be sent in the mail.

Paul got a really bad stain out of my carpet and overall the carpet looks so much better. First time I have used Zerorez and will use them again.

On a side note, when I booked the appointment, because I mentioned a promotional ad, it was indicated that I would receive a coupon for Might Fine. However, I did not receive the coupon from the technician nor in the email of the receipt provided. Is this something that you can still provide to us?

The fact u do not use chemical to clean carpet and service was outstanding.

He did a great job and was able to get the pink vomit stain out of the carpet where the cat threw up Twizzlers. I plan to use Zerorez again!
