I had a great experience with Zerorez. I had a few spots that came back after the initial cleaning was done. The owner Josh contacted me to let me know that he'd come back out and fix the issue. He went above and beyond to solve the stain issues. He didn't charge me extra for the treatment that would have normally cost extra. He took the time and got the stains out. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned. Josh is awesome and really cares about his customers. Thank you again..I will be using y'all in the future.
