Mitchel is amazing. He is the only instructor that goes around the class and checks everyone’s form and corrects my form when needed. He’s energy is really good and I always look forward to his classes. I’ve brought a lot of friends to his classes and they all love him.

Excellent classes, always keeps me engaged and working hard. They switch up the class every time which keeps me on my toes (literally) but sticks to the foundational core of the lagree method so it’s easy to understand.
Angie is the best. I get such a good workout from her I feel like I get what I pay for every time - she always uses the full 50 minutes. I see such quicker results after I go to her classes 1-2x/week.

High quality class all the way around! Great instructors (Danny especially!), nice equipment, good music, friendly front desk service. The River North location is nice and easy to access. I like that sticky socks are required, it feels more hygienic than other megaformer classes.

The instructors are all very knowledgeable, and do not rely on complex set ups and moves to get a good workout. They know how to modify and pay attention to each person in the class to make sure their form is correct.
