Jill is the best!! Been going to her for years. Also love Danny and Melissa K. Angie is unkind (overheard her telling someone at the Old Town location that it was an "easier" location and that LP is "where the more challenging classes" are. 🙄) I will stick with my 3 faves for now. Love Lagree!

It is a great work out and focuses on balance, core and the dynamic movement help with hip and lower back flexibility and strength.

I rated the Lagree class a 10 because I truly enjoyed the challenging, full-body workout it provided. The combination of strength, endurance, and core-focused exercises pushed me beyond my limits in the best way possible. I appreciated the smooth transitions between moves, the motivating instructor, and how effective the class was at targeting different muscle groups. It left me feeling stronger, energized, and accomplished.
This workout is HARD! But Leah’s encouragement before and after class, paired with her really clear coaching throughout the session, is the reason I will be back! I’ve already booked my class with her a week ahead.

I like the energetic music, I love the megaformer machines, and the instructors are very knowledgeable and able to modify just about anything. The studio is conveniently located, and the staff member checking people in is always very friendly. Whenever I have had an injury and told the instructor, 90% of the time they are able to modify and meet my needs and I still have a great workout without further injuring myself. Kassandra and Danny Zapata are standouts!
Please consider opening a studio in East Lakeview!!

Love the trainers and their attention to detail - ensuring newcomers have the proper form. I've taken 3 various trainers and each of them were keen on that. Leslie Wu's class this past week was incredible, she was great!

I liked how the instructor made a point to show me the reformer and took time during my first class to help me. Each class I’ve been to, the instructor makes sure to provide modifications, and I love that it’s not frowned upon to take breaks during the class.

It was fun and the workout was great.
Work out is quite hard. I work out 2-3 times a week and am always the most sore after Studio Lagree classes. I notice that my core engagement has greatly improved after doing a few classes. Would really reccommend for a good, low impact full body workout.
The best workout ever! Off the mega, every trainer and staff member is so personable and helpful. I love Studio Lagree and recommend it to everyone I know!
 
   
  
The staff was super kind and I loved the form help (first time). Even tho I didn’t sweat a lot I am so sore the next day! Just the workout I need to build muscle and perfect my form.
