I was here on vacation and needed a workout class. I’ve always wanted to try and I saw there was one around the corner from my hotel having never done this type of work out. I was a little anxious however the instructor was absolutely incredible. The music was fire in the front desk. Staff was super helpful with finding me a studio where I’m from Highly recommend if anyone’s visiting from out of town.

Challenging workout, good pacing (not too slow like some Pilates or too fast like the more cardio Pilates), good class length.
Great workout, but expensive per class or a lot of credits using Class Pass unfortunately.

Good instruction and fun
A majority of your instructors are very experienced and are very adept at modifying exercises. I have a torn rotator cuff and most of the instructors have been very good about modifying when I ask or independently coming by and saying don’t do this one but gave me an alternative so I can still get a good workout.
There have been two instructors that have been less attentive or adept at modifications. But overall, your instructors are really good with a lot of experience and a very wide foundation of knowledge not only of exercises, but body mechanics as well.
Lastly, Kassandra is the gold standard for instructors. She does a fantastic job of regular cueing of proper form, reminding you about lifting from the core, can modify anything, and clearly has a very strong knowledge of body mechanics and musculature. She is truly an amazing instructor Lagree is very lucky to have her. I wish she taught more than just during the day but when I’m on summer break, I always take her classes.
I love how perfectly the classes balance variety and consistency — I can hit a class and know it’ll work my full body, but I get to do it in different ways every time. It keeps things fresh.
One point of constructive criticism — some of the instructors really need to speak more clearly and be more clear in their instructions for transitions. I’ve done about 20 classes by now and feel pretty comfortable in the room, but when I take class with a particular instructor, I see multiple people in complete wrong positions and scrambling to figure out what we’re supposed to do. It hurts the progress of the workout cause we’re spending so much time frantically trying to figure out the move and not working out. It happened for at least 6 of the moves. There’s also an instructor who regularly mixes up her left and right, as well as her front platform and back platform. It leads to so much confusion.

Studio Lagree is a great workout and the river north location has some of the best instructors in the city!

Great studio, welcome to newcomers, and instructor! Alex was a mindful instructor who always checked in on everyone throughout class and showed many exercise variations for everyone to be comfortable.

Great workout! Love feeling sore afterward. Instructors are accommodating and welcoming. Giving cues and modifications for various skill levels in class. Not pretentious like other classes. Recommended to many friends!
The 50-minute, full-body classes, and the instructors, are consistently great. You can also vary intensity and take modifications as needed and always get a solid workout in.

Easy sign in process and the instructor Emily was very kind and really helped you find your strength when you felt like you had nothing left to give! Can’t wait to go back :)
