Studio Lagree is the only fitness class I have done consistently with formidable results. I’ve always struggled with fitness in a way to make it enjoyable and consistent. I have tried hot yoga, barre, reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, traditional strength training, cardio, and others to no avail. I think their variety of instructors have something to fit every single person’s learning style, you just need to take a couple of different classes to see who you like. It’s a little pricey, but definitely worth it. Especially if you live in the city, the price for monthly class packs equate to about what you would pay for a traditional gym. Again, let the results speak for themselves. Highly recommend.
I thought it was a hard class with good instructors
Great workout, knowledgeable and kind instructors, new and clean machines and you don’t have to book weeks in advanced like some other gyms! Had a great experience.

Dana, Meredith, Michael have great classes. Mitchell has improved and gives really nice corrections compared to others. Corrections are few and far between at Lagree and I’d like to see more. 6am classes are very convenient. I’d like to see classes earlier than 8:30 on weekends.

Carly was awesome! This was mine and my friends’ first class and she was super attentive to us being new. She demoed moves and helped to adjust springs and correct form. She made for a very pleasant first Lagree class!
Great instructors, effective workout, clean studio, professionally managed
I really enjoyed this class! It was my first time visiting Studio Lagree, as hearing about it for years from friends and coworkers. I’ve tried almost other “Pilates-inspired” reformer workouts, so I was somewhat familiar the basic moves and the machine. I think it might be a lot for someone brand new to this type of workout, but the instructor was very attentive to all of the first-timers and gave great corrections (modeled out what she wanted you to do instead of saying it if it wasn’t clicking- which happens!). I will definitely be back :)
The class is amazing and challenging every time. Maddie is a phenomenal instructor who is encouraging and supportive and creates a great atmosphere! The studio is clean and the staff is friendly - I couldn’t ask for more!
The staff was super kind and I loved the form help (first time). Even tho I didn’t sweat a lot I am so sore the next day! Just the workout I need to build muscle and perfect my form.

It is a great work out and focuses on balance, core and the dynamic movement help with hip and lower back flexibility and strength.

I rated the Lagree class a 10 because I truly enjoyed the challenging, full-body workout it provided. The combination of strength, endurance, and core-focused exercises pushed me beyond my limits in the best way possible. I appreciated the smooth transitions between moves, the motivating instructor, and how effective the class was at targeting different muscle groups. It left me feeling stronger, energized, and accomplished.
This workout is HARD! But Leah’s encouragement before and after class, paired with her really clear coaching throughout the session, is the reason I will be back! I’ve already booked my class with her a week ahead.
