I like the service. I think Gary is wonderful. However it takes forever. Our fridge is not working properly for months. The trailer Is just not made well. Our mattress is already sagging and so is our sofas. We had a mouse already.

We had a couple of issues with our trailer and they were fixed with no problems.

If there is any problems they are out right away to fix it

The quality of the Grand Design is excellent except for the slide out fit, which I’ve been told normal. Our unit had a few "teething problems which were promptly fixed by the travelling warranty repair person. My only complaint is that when we upgraded our bathroom fan to a Fantastic fan, the OEM fan which I had thought would go in the bedroom roof vent was not returned to me. I have asked a few times for the fan unit (fan, housing and roof vent to be returned to me with no results.

Prompt communication following initial contact and satisfactory conclusion of a deal in short order. Paperwork all ready to go and trailer prepped and ready to go when we arrived.

Friendly service is tops... we had a fantastic experience when shopping and buying. Right from the quote to the after service it is a1.
They are so thorough....the walk through with an experienced person was so helpful and informative.

just had a hail claim on trailer done totally happy service dept was by far better then I expected before I got sick with ms I was a general manager . if I was still there I would try hire anyone that I had contact with today to show how to treat customers service dept manager and the young man that helped connect up the trailer were 12 on a scale of 1 to 10 thank you rowans langenburg
