They have gone out of their way to help us with service, warranty, good prices on accessories, etc... The staff is always friendly and willing to help. On a personal note, I had left my medications in the trailer when I dropped it off for warranty items, and they arranged for one of their technicians to drop it off. Would highly recommend them! Great after sale service!

We purchased our trailer secon hand from someone that purchased from Four Seasons. Even though we did not directly buy our trailer from Four Seasons they have have been courteous and respond rather quickly to our communications with them. They have also been very helpful and knowledgable. All the staff members we have corresponded with have been a pleasure to work with. As we live in BC and they are in Alberta being able to solve problems over the phone is very comforting. We do have the extended warranty through them as well and had to use it for a replacement part for our level up system. Being reimbursed for the part was quick and painless due to their quick response regarding our issue. We are very pleased with Four Seasons
