Great service on my recent visit.
We’re happy with Four Seasons, just disgruntled with the trailer we purchased
We like the variety and choices of campers. Marlon was great and knowledgeable. We were a little frustrated that we spent $100,000 on a camper, and then the Ford fifth wheel hitch was almost $2000 at your store .. but we could get the exact same hitch from Ford for $1300... made us feel like like we were being ripped off.

your service manager in Virden is excellent he went out of his way to make sure our trailer was fixed properly. It also sounds like the technician went out of his way as well
Great selection, attentive sales staff and lots of accessories to choose from!
My only complaint is that our trailer was not pre inspected even though we arranged a date and time for pick up, making for a very long day after set up and repairs were done(we drove 3.5 hours to get there).
We appreciate the kindness professionalism from all staff at 4 seasons. We have purchased our last 3 campers here and have sent many people to virden to purchase camper!!
We were incredibly impressed with Steve who on our first trip to Four Seasons, spent 6 hours showing us an incredible selection of RV's and pointing out their strengths and shortcomings. If Steve could not answer our question, he quickly sought out the answer for us. We spent some time checking out numerous other dealerships and the products and knowledge of the sales team came no where near what we experienced at Four Seasons. This prompted us to return for a second time to view a few more trailers. Another surprise awaited us as Steve came in on his day-off to continue to help us in our search! We settled on the purchase of a Montana High Country 330RL.
On our scheduled day for our pick-up and demo we were further impressed with the way we were treated. The Team spent another 2 and a half hours with us making sure that we were familiar with all the features on our new trailer and how they worked.
We could definitely save people a LOT of time by suggesting that they make the trip to Virden to Four Seasons RV and trusting the excellent team at Four Seasons RV to help them get into the right RV for them.

Good quality product and very knowledgeable staff.
Extremely happy with our salesman Bill Walker. Not so happy with all the problems we encountered with the Jayco trailer. However the service department exceeded our expectations as they were very prompt and courteous.
Brandon was great! He assisted us with great integrity and intelligence.

hi everyone this is our second purchase with four seasons, the friendlyness and customer service is top of the line!
We have delt with the same salesmen both times and are truly satisfied. The staff out front ,to the book keepers, and even the hard working mechanics, which we were fortunate enough to talk directly to for some add ons we wanted, they went above and beyond to make our business worthy of returning again. We even met there special little greeter the day we picked up our camper( she had alot of wrinkles ,didnt walk very far, before sitting down on our feet asking for a pet we loved her)

Out of all the things I’ve bought in my life, this was by far the most professional and personal experience. Four seasons is absolutely about customer satisfaction. From the moment you walk in the door until you leave, your cared for and made to feel like family. Every business can learn from them.
