Although there was a lot of snow on the ground Vanessa was a troop[[er and walked all around the house and treated for bugs, replaced mouse pads, and eliminated spider webs in the garage. She was outstanding and despite the weather, exceeded my expectations!!
My new technician is so friendly, polite, hard working and generally all around bright light in the world. Such a dichotomy between killing spiders, or pests, which is a must for me, and having a positive experience at the same time.

The Tech visit was postponed due to showy conditions, but he didn't get the notice. We mentioned it and he had a few short comments and proceeded to leave. We got a "job completed" notice, but need to reschedule because it wasn't completed.
Terminex is an excellent company to take care of all insect, bug…. Problems. If I am having a particular problem the technician handles everything.
