I would have given a 10 because I am very satisfied with the service and product. However, I gave the 9 because I would have to advise anyone of the cost of the pest control quarterly charge as well as the increase in the cost of termite inspection and treatment.
Timely and excellent service
We are satisfied with the service provided by your techs, especially Jackie Hartnett, but we have to admit that the cost of all three of the Terminix services for which we have contracts has risen to a point that compels us to seek market wide competitive quotes.
In other words, we showed "9" instead of "10" on the feedback screen because of affordability issues.

Julie Stafford is our Service representatve. She does an exceptonal job. Julie lets us know the day prior to her coming to spray, when she arrives , and upon completion. She will come extra time if we need her inside the home.
I don't have to call all the time and he is here checking everything out.

Our tech, Charles Mckinney, is great. He's always so good about keeping us informed as far as when he's arriving, what he's found, and when he's done. He's a very friendly guy, and always has a smile. He's part of the reason we keep Terminix.
