I gave a 10 for my score. The reason is that the tech Robert Coper is the best! He understands customer service as well as pest control. Robert always sends me a reminder of the upcoming visit, is polite, shows up when he says he will (also texts when he is on his way here) and does a great job of preventing pests and eliminating pests. He is also aware that we work nights and sometimes needs to be quiet of others sleeping, Robert is a true professional.
Hopefully your other staff is as good as Robert Cooper!!! He deserves a raise and 5 gold stars!

Our serviceman, Dan, is great! He knows us, our property and has always informed us of everything about our service and what he has noticed. We feel that he genuinely wants to help us protect our property from pests.
