Every time we need a service or revisit with our technician we are taken care promptly and effectively. Ronald Eagleton takes care of our home pest and mosquito control service and we are very happy with his service as he always lets us know when he's coming, if we need to take care of anything else, and likes to get feedback and know if we are pleased with his work.
Ramon Adewusi is always on time and treats our home and yard with quickly and with care. He is always professional and courteous.
Bryan does a great job, always checks everything to make sure I am taken care of.
Cody does a great job of maintaining control over the rodent and insect population in and around my home.
When I call, I get a response very quickly. Also, this past week when a technician didn't do their job (he was new), the district manager came out as soon as he heard it hadn't been dealt with. I've been with Terminix since 1980's.

My experience with the Terminex personnel has always been very good. The techs who come to my home always text me notice of the date and time to expect them and they are very prompt concerning their arrival time. They have always been very courteous and professional towards me and informs me of everything they will be taking care of. Upon completion they apprise me of all that they did and anything they found while tending to my home. I am a very satisfied customer and I recommend Terminex to everyone.
