Technician took time to explain everything. He questioned whether some of the furniture should be cleaned as he felt it was dry clean only. Spent a lot of time researching. In the end we determined better to not attempt. Very pleased with furniture he did end up cleaning.

Don't like that ad pricing seem misleading when additional services are recommended upon arrival. Not sure if additional services were necessary and added significantly to the total bill.

Professional services and provider, from the representative on the phone to David who came to my home. He gave me honest feedback about what I needed to clean my carpeting. He was respectful in wearing his mask, and shoe covers and also protecting my flooring and banisters with covers and guards.
