After the carpet dried it was soft and smelled clean as opposed to detergent like. With other places the carpet ended up a little crunchy and smelled of harsh chemicals. I appreciated the care the man took with my home and his friendly and hospitable nature.

My carpets and couch looked beautiful when the technician, Jude, was done. He was very friendly, polite and explained everything he was doing. I appreciated how he laid down mats on my floors for under the hoses that reached from his truck outside. to keep the rest of my floors clean. He wore booties and a mask the whole time. I was very pleased with the service and will have Zerorez back again for carpet cleaning.

Lance is very good at the job and a pleasant man. i was quoted 134.00 for basement and steps and 291.00 for kitchen plus tax and ended up paying much more due to fees. you should disclose fees at time of sale. net pricing is always the right thing to do.

I couldn't be happier with my Zerorez experience. My carpeting is light beige and it was quite obvious that it needed to be cleaned. it was matted (in high traffic areas) and I actually considered getting new. Then I thought 'maybe I can have it cleaned and get a couple more years out of it'. Jessie from Zerorez arrived on time, put booties on, walked through my 3 story townhouse and we discussed my concerns. He then pretreated and went to work. when he was finished I was actually astounded! it truly looked like the day it was installed-10 years ago. even my husband couldn't believe how incredibly great it looks. he said 'its fluffy' all the matted areas are 'no more'.
