The way it turned out

The tech did a great job and especially on one of our rooms that had multiple pet stains. We were going to have our sofa and chair done also but the tech “tested” it and advised us that the treatment probably wouldn’t help, therefore, saving us $200.

I like that no detergent is used to clean carpets. I would prefer that you include extras, like the bio treatment, upfront in the estimate rather than have the technician upsell those. I like how fast it dried, about 28 hours in our case. I'm pleased with how the carpets look after 1 day. The technician, Mark, was knowledgeable and friendly.

My experience with zero rez has exceeded my expectations. The technician went above and beyond and was very thorough. Liked him so much I requested to have him come back in 2 weeks and do more work for us. He brought carpets back to life and the tile that was cleaned looks brand new again. Very pleased!!!

Does not leave any residue behind on carpeting; both times that I have used zerorez, the technicians who have come to my home have been polite and very respectful of my home, were knowledgeable about carpeting and their products, gave their opinion when I asked for it but did not push services on me.
