Technician was very thorough in explaining what exactly he was going to do, and proceeded to finish the job in a timely and professional manner. He was very careful moving the furniture, as if it were his own. I was completely satisfied with the stain guard he applied to my family room carpet. Overall, we give this gentleman a 10+ rating !!
