Nice job, good worker

The tech who came out was very professional, communicative, and quick. He explained everything to me and helped me decide on my treatments and products for the day. I also liked that Zerorez was able to schedule quickly with me- I was just done with my basement carpet and wanted it cleaned right away. The scheduler was helpful and got us right in within a few days. I don't see a huge difference on my upstairs hallway and staircase- but they weren't really stained or anything, just high traffic areas. The carpet does look refreshed and feel clean. For my basement carpet where we had the bio treatment done for pet stains, there is a huge improvement. The carpet is like new and there are no odors. I think this was a great way to maintain my newer carpets and I look forward to having my bedrooms done this year when budget allows. While Zerorez was actually one of the pricier quotes I got, I went with them because of their fast service and efficiency. You get what you pay for and I am glad I went with this company. Just another shout out to the tech- he took the time to give me quotes for other items in my home even knowing I could not get them done that day due to needing to stay on a budget. He was excellent and should definitely be appreciated and receive praise as a member of the team. I would be very lucky to have the same tech for my next service. Thank you!

Fast service

Zerorez was so accommodating to my schedule. I had to cancel at the last minute due to some flooding and they easily rescheduled for the next day. The technician (David) called me 15 minutes before his arrival and then arrived right on time. David then walked me through the house and provided me with options. He was courteous, polite and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the results and would recommend Zerorez to anyone.

Zerorez cleaned and polished our hardwood floors. There were a few spots that needed redone, and they came back out, without hesitation to correct the MINOR issue...
