Paris was extremely professional and great to work with. He went above and beyond to take care of some spots I thought were permanent and he was able to get rid of them or at least greatly improve them. He was quick while still being very thorough. I’ll be hiring zerorez for our next carpet cleaning because of the positive experience/outcome provided by Paris and the service he provided.
