This was my second time using this company and both times the online booking did not work. I had to call both times. I don't have a problem with calling just don't say it can be done online if not- undue frustration.
Paris was excellent!! He explained everything he was doing, and he did a very thorough job. I will ask for him specifically the next time I have my carpets cleaned.
